SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we can't calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are we are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Brian Americus aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit ONLY.
Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the online store will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased minus restocking fees.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. If returns are received worn or incomplete, they will not be shipped back or credited.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with any promotion, discount, store credit, or gift cards.
There are no returns and exchanges on orders placed outside of the US.
