Product Description_Charles Cropped_Twill TD
The Charles TD Trouser: Tailoring, Outside the Lines.
The Charles TD Trouser takes the clean structure of a cropped trouser and disrupts it through color and individual expression.
Built around the Charles silhouette, the trouser combines a regular fit, cropped proportion, and elastic waist inserts with an individual tie-dye treatment that allows variations in tone and pattern to emerge throughout each garment.
The contrast is intentional: tailoring provides the structure. Expression breaks the uniformity.

Materials & Construction
Crafted from the same 100% cotton twill used in the Herman, the Charles TD carries the structure and character of the signature Brian Americus shirt into a tailored trouser.
The cotton twill provides enough structure to define the cropped silhouette while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Elastic inserts at the waist introduce flexibility without disrupting the trouser's clean lines.
Each garment undergoes an individual dye process, creating natural differences in color, placement, and pattern. These variations are intentional—not imperfections—and ensure that no two Charles TD Trousers are exactly alike.
Styling Versatility
The Charles TD can serve as the expressive element within an otherwise restrained look or become part of a complete Brian Americus statement.
Pair it with a solid Essential Herman or Lamar and allow the trousers to lead. For a more expressive approach, pair it with a coordinating Herman Expression. Because the Charles and Herman share the same cotton twill, the two pieces naturally work together as a complete silhouette.
Wear the color. Keep the structure.
Designed With Purpose.
The Charles TD explores the tension between order and expression.
Traditional tailoring relies on consistency, clean lines, and repetition. The individual dye process introduces something less predictable—allowing color and pattern to move differently across every garment while the underlying silhouette remains unchanged.
Structure stays consistent. Expression doesn't have to.
Dream Boldly. Create Fearlessly. Inspire Authentically.
